"We had a roof claim for wind and hail but was denied in spite of an obvious leak in the garage. The inspector statefarm sent over NEVER went into the attic to assess the leak. In fact, the report did not even mention the leak. My husband and our roofer were present during the inspection and the inspector ignored requests to go into the attic. So, no.. we didn't feel they had our back."
